Interactive Brokers is an extremely well functioning financial services platform. Its features and performance on the Internet are as good as a mortal non-banker can expect to access. Very smooth and relatively easy to use, depending on the level of complexity and functions a user may choose to opt for. Unparalleled in cost effectivity for foreign exchange and brokerage fees, huge array of trading options. If you are geographically and ths curency-wise mobile, this is a financial services provider you need to look into!

I trust IBKR to take care of it's customers - me. Managing of costs on my end is much appreciated, including the execution price of most of my trades.

Information flow from IBKR is always timely. Buying a stock, reviewing it or selling it is easily accomplished on the platform. The platform is also very secure to log in and do what needs to ve done.

Reliable services

Low fee, security, mobile app, as well as the desktop version of TW. The only thing I don't like is that the desktop software is a bit behind the mobile app version in terms of choosing the columns of P&L daily, etc. This is minor and does not affect the overall performance, such as

At first I didn't understand the site, but little by little I saw that the didactics was simple and that despite the difficulty of the language I managed to go ahead.

I use the platform mainly to purchase ETFs on stock exchanges in Europe and I have always been successful in the transactions - which are quick and cost-effective. Both the app and the website are easy and fast. I recommend it.

Took a little while to get through, however, your helpline assista was very good at solving the issue I had. All in all pleasant and polite.

I recently had a problem to log into the data to order a stock and the system refused to allow me. Frustrated I called the IB Canada seeking help. The IT guy guided me step by step, very patiently, to resolve it. Apparently my phone app was not completely logged off while I was using the desktop. Mind you, I'm in mid 70 so not a computer whiz.

I am growing to like IBKR more each day. It is a robust and complicated service that provides far more than I need. I find it very dependable and available when I need it. I moved from Schwab when the site went down on the very worst day for me. I lost acess to a significant trading opportunity, costing me several thousand dollars. No access issues at IBKR. IBKR have made the experience of transferring my account from one entity to another feel quite seamless and simple to follow.

I have been with Interactive Brokers for many years now and they are the best broker I have used, by far.Their Trader Workstation platform is the best in the industry. It shows everything you need to make a trade, on one page, and gives you the option of configuring that page to suit your individual needs.I have always found the staff to be very helpful, whatever the issue.IB also have very comprehensive reports, and if you need a unique report you can often configure one yourself.IB have some of the most competitive commissions around, which is not the main reason I like them, but helpful.

My best broker so far.

the Android app requires you to fill in your password every few days and no other financial app I have does that (they simply rely on your fingerprint and let you log in anytime you want without us one or two day timeout). Also all the admin functions are very complicated and very old school but other than the app functionality the trading is good so five stars if they fix the app problems.

IBK is a very professional platform, the only drawback is the customer service is a little stretched, I was trying to deposit money with them, & could not get an answer. I would like to add that this issue was fixed, and they did apologise.

This is a mess, please fix it. I could be so clean and easy. Would probably help your company as well in the long run surviving. On Phone it is alright. Would love to see an UI like on Robinhood

It is slow to load. There is no customer service and online help is average. It is very cumbersome to understand what it offers, I have been trying to link some accounts together that is tedious. May be I need some help but then I get great help from other brokerage. I have an accout at IB but in view of all that I am considering moving it.
