It is slow to load. There is no customer service and online help is average. It is very cumbersome to understand what it offers, I have been trying to link some accounts together that is tedious. May be I need some help but then I get great help from other brokerage. I have an accout at Icmarkets but in view of all that I am considering moving it.

Ever since the migration to GFIS as data provider I get frequent issues. Long wait times for quotes to load, long wait times for charts to load, we're talking minutes here and several restarts plus an occasional cache clear when it's extra slow. Never occurred with old system.

Some of the customer service representatives are rude like when you asked I received answer " That is your work" not giving the answer to identify which one among those choices will be used. It is not accommodating not even giving a hint with a harsh tone of voice.

I accidently opened a Swap account though i am Muslim but as soon as i reflected this issue to IC market support chat they completely guided me how to convert my acc to swap free account and in just matter of time it was changed back so Thanks to that Theo named guy he helped through that live chat. Great platform to trade, they have a very diverse trading platform supporting Tradingview and MultiTerminal, which is very handy, and the customer support, even on weekends (I think it is 24/7) is exceptional, special thanks to Dionysis.

Customer service helped me on Sunday Singapore timezone on doing withdrawal where I can’t see my bank accounts i had entered. He/she waited for me to confirm whether I can resolve it through screenshots.

TAt current it’s been two months - Don’t hold your trades over the weekend or pass session close I loss a 560$ account on 3 long positions with gold which stops were 106$ only. However this seems to be a CFD industry issue. Withdrawals are decently quick - appear to happen faster the more you do I’ll have to update on that but so far 1 week max in wait time. I’ve seen faster but hey, they’re regulated as brokers so I feel safe so far, spreads are good - leverage is good. Customer support is good - decent to fast replies and you talk to real people when you opt for that. Overall I’m happy here especially with the ability to trade on trading view. The app needs a lot of work though as withdrawal and deposit or even account taps just send you to the mobile website. Waste of time there.

Average broker spreads sometimes very high.

EIC Markets team followed up me with me consistently on the recall of funds I initiated. I appreciate their service and client follow up in this regard. Plus, it seems they have a very good spread for crypto trading in comparison with other brokers! I still need to check whether payment by card is accepted instead of a bank transfer which takes time to move funds to the trading account.

The process of application of new account and leverage has become troublesome. Thanks

Had a problem with an EA which shouldn't have caused a account disabling but that's another issue. Alysia the live agent was great and handled the re-instatement quickly. I think I'll take my money elsewhere.

Verry good and easy service, the only thing that bothers me is that 2 or 3 of my trades ar being closed by ICMarkets itself. If they can stop doing this it would be the best platform.
