I was not sure about my first withdrawal and got stress a bit becasue it didn't come fast. but then xm support explained that bank transfer takes some days. i have the money after all so it's ok

My main issue, and the reason for this review, is their withdrawal process. Despite advertising "instant withdrawals" on their website, my experience was anything but. My withdrawal request was held up for days without any clear explanation. When I finally reached out to customer support, I was met with a confusing and inconsistent series of demands for documentation that had already been provided. It felt like a deliberate attempt to stall the process. The lack of transparent communication and the runaround from their support team is completely unacceptable for a financial service provider.

I have been using xm from almost a year now, i started my trading journey with it, its not one or twice how many times they closed my trade without even reaching my stop loss, they basically stopped hanted some of my trades, i wouldnt really adivse any one to use xm, most if the people that use xm are the beginners and if u r a beginner this message is for u, look for other options thanks.
